My Story
My name is Nallely, Founder and CEO of Pabli Scrubs.
Pabli Scrubs was created from my own experience working in healthcare.
As a healthcare professional, I understand the reality of long hours, constant movement, and the expectation to show up every day with patience, compassion, and strength. I also know how much the small things matter—like feeling comfortable and confident in what you’re wearing during a 12- or even 24-hour shift.
Pabli Scrubs is named after my dog, Pablo. To me, he represents comfort, loyalty, and the feeling of being supported no matter what kind of day you’ve had. That’s the feeling I wanted to bring into this brand.
I didn’t just want to create scrubs that look good—I wanted to create scrubs that feel good. Scrubs that support you through the physical demands of the job while also reminding you that you’re human, too.
Because healthcare isn’t just what we do—it’s who we are.
