2. Eligibility and Account

4. Purchases and Payment

• Pricing: All prices are in U.S. Dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

• Texas Sales Tax: Orders shipped to addresses within the State of Texas will be charged the applicable sales tax.

• Payment: We accept [e.g., Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, PayPal]. By providing payment information, you represent that you have the legal right to use the payment method.

 

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping titles and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

• Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.

 

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Defects

• Standard Returns: Items must be unwashed, unworn, and have all original tags attached. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

• Defective Items: Any manufacturing defects (e.g., broken zippers, stitching failure) must be reported within 14 days of receipt. We will provide a replacement or full refund for verified defects.

• Non-Returnable Items: “Clearance” or "Final Sale" items cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Use the Service for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose.

• Reproduce, duplicate, or copy any portion of the website content (including product photos) without express written permission.
