We want you to feel as good as you look. If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 14 days of the delivery date.
The "New Condition" Requirement
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your scrubs must be in the same condition that you received them. To maintain hygiene standards, items must meet the following criteria:
• Unwashed and Unworn: Items that have been laundered or worn for a shift cannot be accepted.
• Tags Attached: All original hangtags must be intact and attached to the garment.
• No Stains or Odors: Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, pet hair, or smoke odors.
• Original Packaging: Please return items in their original clear protective bags.
Exchanges
Need a different size or a new color? We offer free exchanges on all domestic orders!
1. Fill out our Return/Exchange form to start your Return or exchange.
2. Select your new size/color.
3. Print your prepaid shipping label and drop it in the mail.
Your replacement order will ship as soon as your return is scanned by the carrier.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved Returns: A refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Final Sale
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
• Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."
Please try these on before washing! Once they hit the laundry, they’re yours forever.
Defective or Damaged Items
At Pabli Scrubs, we pride ourselves on the durability and quality of our medical apparel. If you receive an item that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we want to make it right.
• Reporting Window: Please inspect your order upon reception. Any defects (such as broken zippers, failed seams, or fabric tears) must be reported to our support team within 14 days of delivery.
• Proof of Defect: To expedite your claim, please email Support@pabliscrubs.com with your order number and 2–3 clear photos of the affected area.
• Resolution: If the item is deemed defective by our quality control team, we will provide a prepaid return label and offer you a full refund or a free replacement (including shipping costs).
Exclusions: This policy does not cover damage caused by:
• Normal wear and tear from daily shifts.
• Improper laundering (e.g., using bleach on non-bleach-friendly fabrics).
• Snags or tears caused by equipment, jewelry, or external force.
• Alterations made by a third-party tailor.
